Pumpkin Farm

Last week, the students and I packed up, loaded a big yellow school bus and off we went to a local pumpkin farm! There, we had the chance to ride on a hayride throughout the farm. Here we are waiting in line to board the hayride.

Once we were all safely aboard the wagon, off we went. The driver took us on a little riding tour throughout the farm. The hi-light was being able to see real apple trees! (Even though most of the apples had already been picked)

Finally, we arrived at the pumpkin patch! The children were able to search the pumpkin patch for the perfect pumpkin to take home with them. For some of us, it was a quick decision but for others it took a little longer to find one that was just right!

We ended our day at the pumpkin farm playing in the children's area and visiting with some of their farm animals. We had an awesome time at the pumpkin farm!
